Homemade mint candies

8 oz cream cheese
8 cups of powdered sugar
1 1/3 tsp mint extract
roll in granulated sugar

They are good. I like the frozen ones better. They have the same consistency as the York. I would like to make more but with peppermint or raspberry or lemon maybe... all dipped in tempered chocolate for the that crisp chocolate snap.
