You should have made a balsamic vinegar reduction along with some fresh mozzarella. That would be Iron Chef worthy.

I don't know what a valsamic vinegar reduction is, but I did say to beth this should have some small mozzarella balls. It was quite good. Beth gave it a 9 out of 10, which is usually unheard of when it comes to my cooking.
