It was quite delicious. I am looking for a good grilling marinade though. We will be trying Stubb's Chicken Marinade soon, but I'm looking for a good Teriyaki one like the Japanese place at the mall.

Would you grill the chicken or cook it in a Wok?

The place at the mall uses a large flat steel griddle with high heat. The grill would probably be the closest to this method just gotta watch it closely to prevent blackening.
