oh great, so it will be another night of him not even realizing I'm in the house.

so how is it?

I've been playing the demo with Travis tonight. I'll probably trade in GTA IV tomorrow for it.

I like it a lot, but probably not as good as halo (but nobody plays halo anymore so....)

Negatives: graphics good, but some would say not as good as COD4. Can only really play and talk with 4 or 5 friends at a time.

Positives: Lots of huge maps. You can drive/ fly vehicles. Less chance of having an annoying person screaming in the mic with 4 or 5 people. Multi-functional weapons and vehicles means more possibilities of dying!

As I have said before, this game is crack in digital form. I'm addicted to it.

Pros: Good graphics, solid control scheme, they don't pan the camera towards the person that killed you or give you any re-enactment of the event once you die (this does not give away your cover if you are sniping), fully destructible environments, vehicles, awesome award & achievement unlock system, ability to collect dog tags (pwnage!), huge sandbox environment, 24 player multiplayer, new type of online gameplay "goldrush", original "conquest" multiplayer mode available for FREE download coming soon!

Cons: Cannot prone (lay down), weapon unlock system is nice, but not as good as COD4's upgrade system, COD4 has better graphics, single player mode lacks online co-op, AI in single player mode is not good, single player mode is not as fun, dramatic, and intense as COD4.

Summary: The multiplayer is the best I've seen for the Battlefield franchise or any online shooter for the Xbox 360 to date (IMO far better and superior to Halo 3). It is innovative, fun, and pushes the next generation consoles to the limit with fully destructible environments. COD4 is a close 2nd. That being said, the single player is sub par. The only reason to play the single player (which is pretty easy) is to unlock achievements and learn some of the new weapons if you are not familiar with the battlefield franchise.

Bottom Line: This disc will be in my Xbox 360 for a very long time.
